Nana is a Mage who wins by making enemies move through bad choices. Her strongest pattern is not raw burst first; it is Molina Smooch into a reliable Molina Blitz window, then Magic Boomerang for follow-up damage, wave control, or the final hit. Molina's Gift gives one layer of anti-burst insurance, but its long cooldown means Nana still has to play around spacing, vision, and peel.
Play Nana as a poke-and-control Mage. Start picks with Molina Smooch, cast Molina Blitz when the target is slowed, transformed, or trapped near terrain, and use Magic Boomerang after the control window instead of throwing all damage at once.
your team needs safe poke, anti-dive insurance, and a control tool that punishes enemies for chasing too far.
the enemy draft can repeatedly dive, wait out Molina's Gift, and continue chasing before your teammates can peel.

Nana's kit is built around control before damage. Molina Smooch creates the transform and Magic Defense reduction, Molina Blitz rewards targets who stay in the area, Magic Boomerang supplies lane poke and finish damage, and Molina's Gift keeps Nana alive once every long cooldown cycle.
Passive. Upon taking fatal damage, Nana removes all debuffs on her and transforms, becoming untargetable and invincible, and gains 30% Movement Speed for 2s. She also recovers 10% Max HP over the duration.
Nana can only transform once every 150s and cannot cast skills in the transformed form.

Let this passive protect you from fatal burst, then move toward teammates, brush, or turret range.
It removes debuffs, grants invincibility and untargetability, adds 30% Movement Speed for 2s, and restores 10% Max HP.
Do not trade as if it is always available. The 150s transform cooldown means one forced passive can decide the next fight.
Transform: High level Crowd Control: Prevents a target from using Basic Attacks and skills, and transforms the target into a critter. Can interrupt a large number of skills.
Damage Immunity: Buff: Gains immunity to enemy damage and damage effects.
CD: 6.0 | Mana Cost: 55 | Spell Vamp Ratio: 50%. Nana hurls her Magic Boomerang in the target direction, dealing damage to enemies hit on its way out and back. The boomerang deals 300 (+100% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to the first enemy hit. For every additional enemy hit, the damage is reduced by 10% (max reduction of 30%).
| Cooldown | 6.0, 5.7, 5.4, 5.1, 4.8, 4.5 |
| Skill Cost | 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80 |
| Base Damage | 300, 340, 380, 420, 460, 500 |

Use it to clear and poke through the same line, especially after Molina Smooch has slowed or transformed the target.
The outgoing and return path can both matter, and the first target takes 300 to 500 base Magic Damage by level before scaling.
Do not throw it only at the front minion if you can angle it through the enemy hero and the wave.
Magic Damage Skill: Deals Magic Damage to enemies. Triggers Spell Vamp.
Movement Speed: Movement Speed in battlefield. Calculated Movement Speed = Basic Movement Speed * (100% + All Speedup Effect% - All Slowdown Effect%). Usually calculated and actual Movement Speed are equal. But when Movement Speed is below 160 or over 420, both Slowdown and Speedup Effect will decay.
CD: 12.0 | Mana Cost: 80. Nana throws Molina at the target location, dealing 250 (+50% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies within range and Transforming enemy heroes hit into small animals.
If Molina does not hit an enemy hero, she will remain on the ground and chase the nearest enemy hero that comes into range, Transforming the first enemy hero she touches.
Transform: Reduces the target's Movement Speed by 50% and Magic Defense by 30% for 1.5s. Transformed heroes cannot attack or use skills.
| Cooldown | 12.0, 11.4, 10.8, 10.2, 9.6, 9.0 |
| Skill Cost | 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105 |
| Morph Damage | 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375 |

Use this as Nana's main setup and anti-dive tool. Cast it where the enemy wants to walk, not only where they are standing now.
Transform cuts Movement Speed by 50%, lowers Magic Defense by 30%, and blocks attacks and skills for 1.5s.
Do not waste it into empty lane when an assassin is missing. Without Smooch ready, Nana is much easier to chase after Molina's Gift is forced.
Transform: High level Crowd Control: Prevents a target from using Basic Attacks and skills, and transforms the target into a critter. Can interrupt a large number of skills.
Magic Damage Skill: Deals Magic Damage to enemies. Triggers Spell Vamp.
Magic Defense: Reduces Magic Damage taken. Actual Magic Damage taken = Magic Damage dealt by the enemy * 120/(120 + Magic Defense). Magic Defense will be affected by the enemy's Magic Penetration but will not be lower than -60.
CD: 36.0 | Mana Cost: 135 | Spell Vamp Ratio: 50%. Nana summons Molina to strike the target area 3 times, each time dealing 440 (+140% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies within and slowing them by 30% for 1s. Enemies hit consecutively will be stunned for 1s.
| Cooldown | 36.0, 32.0, 28.0 |
| Skill Cost | 135, 150, 165 |
| Base Damage | 440, 520, 600 |

Cast it after Smooch, allied control, or a chokepoint keeps the target inside the strike area.
It strikes three times, slows by 30%, and stuns enemies hit consecutively, so setup matters more than raw aim.
Do not open with it against mobile heroes that can walk out before the second and third hit.
Stun: Basic level Crowd Control: Prevents a target from moving, and using Basic Attacks and skills. Can interrupt some skills.
Level 1: unlock Magic Boomerang first for lane clear and poke.
Upgrade order: prioritize Magic Boomerang, level Molina Smooch as backup, and upgrade Molina Blitz whenever it is available.
Do not: max Molina Smooch first unless a future verified balance change makes it the main lane damage skill.
1. Transform or slow
2. Stun window
3. Finish or poke outWhy it works: Smooch makes the target easier to keep inside Molina Blitz, and Blitz rewards repeated hits. Boomerang comes after the control window because its return path can finish low HP enemies or punish anyone walking through the same line.
Do not: start with Blitz into a target that still has dash tools and open space.
1. Zone or transform
2. Hit hero and waveWhy it works: Smooch threatens the enemy hero while Boomerang keeps lane control. This lets Nana poke without giving up minion pressure.
Do not: spend Smooch carelessly if the enemy jungler or roamer can dive before it returns.
Combo icons use the MLBB hero icon snapshot collected July 22, 2026.
Stand far enough back that the enemy has to choose between clearing the wave and walking into Molina. Use Boomerang through minions and heroes together. Save Smooch when river vision is missing.
Move with a teammate whenever possible. Nana's control is much better when someone can punish the transformed target immediately. Drop Molina near bushes, river entrances, and turret approach paths.
Let the front line show first, then cast Smooch where enemies must walk. Use Blitz after the first slow, transform, or allied catch so all three strikes have a real chance to connect.
Molina's Gift can save Nana from fatal burst, but chasers such as Zilong or Natalia can still follow after the passive duration. The real defense is spacing plus Smooch held for peel.
Cast Molina Blitz after Molina Smooch, allied control, or terrain pressure. If the target can walk out before the second and third strike, Nana loses her stun threat.
Smooch is Nana's setup and anti-dive cover. Keep it for the path the enemy must use, especially when the enemy roamer or jungler is missing.
The passive can save one fatal burst window, but its cooldown is long. After it triggers, retreat toward allies instead of trading again in the same spot.
Magic Boomerang is strongest when the outgoing or return path touches both minions and heroes. Do not settle for front-minion damage if a better angle exists.
Sky Piercer lines need kill momentum, Blood Wings lines answer dive pressure, and penetration lines punish Magic Defense. Do not copy a dated setup against the wrong enemy draft.
Use the captured Pro Setup damage route as Nana's default: Custom Assassin Emblem with Rupture, Weapon Master, and Lethal Ignition, then take Flameshot as the main Battle Spell. This route fits Nana's current job: create a transform window, make the follow-up damage hurt, and finish enemies who survive Molina Blitz plus Magic Boomerang.

When to use it: choose this route when Nana is playing for burst picks, mid-lane poke pressure, and follow-up damage after Molina Smooch.
Why: the route supports penetration and repeated spell damage, matching the top Pro Setup tag pair of Burst and Penetration.
Do not: do not treat this icon-only capture as proof of exact talent numbers. Use the route for its damage and penetration plan, then recheck the in-game Emblem page before changing individual talent details.

When to use it: take Flameshot when Nana needs a long-range finish, extra poke after Boomerang, or a close-range knockback when a diver reaches her.
Why: it extends Nana's punish range without making her walk forward after Molina Smooch or Molina Blitz.
Do not: do not use it as an engage button before Smooch creates pressure; Nana still needs spacing and peel.

When to use it: consider Revitalize only when your team is grouping tightly, the fight is about holding a zone, and survival value matters more than long-range finishing.
Why: it gives Nana and nearby allies a sustain zone, which can help after Molina's Gift has been forced.
Do not: do not take it when your team needs Nana to finish low-HP enemies from range or knock away a diver; in those games, Flameshot is the cleaner default.

The captured Pro Setup snapshot points to a magic burst and poke core. Arcane Boots appeared in all five setups, while Glowing Wand, Divine Glaive, Holy Crystal, Wishing Lantern, Lightning Truncheon, Genius Wand, Blood Wings, and Sky Piercer rotate based on whether Nana needs penetration, repeated poke, late-fight safety, or execute snowball.

Setup 1: Default burst and penetration line
Win Rate 76% | Matches 243 | Power 8691
When to copy the idea: Use when the enemy lineup needs magic penetration and repeated skill pressure.
When not to copy it: Do not copy before checking whether early Blood Wings is needed against dive.

Setup 2: Burst line with Blood Wings safety
Win Rate 66% | Matches 326 | Power 8054
When to copy the idea: Use when Genius Wand stacks and a protective shield matter against direct pressure.
When not to copy it: Do not rush it if mana and cooldown tempo are already the problem.

Setup 3: Sky Piercer snowball line
Win Rate 55% | Matches 608 | Power 7610
When to copy the idea: Use only when Nana can reliably convert early control into kills without dying.
When not to copy it: Do not force it in unstable games where stack loss is likely.

Setup 4: Safer penetration burst line
Win Rate 60% | Matches 246 | Power 7308
When to copy the idea: Use when you want Blood Wings protection while keeping Glowing Wand, Genius Wand, and Divine Glaive pressure.
When not to copy it: Do not use it if the team needs earlier cooldown and mana rhythm.

Setup 5: Burst poke with Sky Piercer
Win Rate 76% | Matches 145 | Power 7224
When to copy the idea: Use for poke games where Lightning Truncheon starts the rhythm and Sky Piercer punishes low HP.
When not to copy it: Do not copy in losing games where Nana cannot safely collect execute stacks.

| Item | Role | When to buy | When not to force it | Captured tooltip evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Arcane Boots | Early magic penetration and movement | Default early boot choice for magic poke. | Current setups all started with Arcane Boots, but recheck if future verified data changes the boot plan. | Arcane Boots; +40 Movement Speed; +15 Magic Power; +10 Magic Penetration |
Glowing Wand | Burn plus anti-regen and anti-shield pressure | Use into HP sustain, shields, and repeated poke fights. | Do not delay burst forever if your team needs one controlled kill window. | Glowing Wand; +60 Magic Power; +300 HP; +5% Movement Speed; Unique Passive - Scorch: Dealing Magic Damage burns the targets for 3s, also dealing extra Magic Damage equal to 1% of the target's Max HP per second.; Unique Passive - Lifebane: Dealing damage to a target will reduce the Shield and HP Regen effects on them to 60% of normal for 3s. |
Divine Glaive | Magic penetration into Magic Defense | Buy when enemies start stacking Magic Defense. | Use the current in-game +60 Magic Power evidence, not older conflicting snapshots. | Divine Glaive; +60 Magic Power; Unique Attribute: +40% Magic Penetration; Unique Passive - Spellbreaker: When attacking an enemy, gains 0.1% extra Magic Penetration for each point of the enemy's Magic Defense, capped at 20%. |
Wishing Lantern | Mana, cooldown, and current-HP follow-up damage | Good when Nana repeatedly lands magic damage on enemy heroes. | Do not rely on it when fights end before repeated damage thresholds matter. | Wishing Lantern; +75 Magic Power; +400 Mana; +10% Cooldown Reduction; Unique Passive - Butterfly Goddess: For every 900 Magic Damage dealt to an enemy hero (calculated before Damage Reduction), a Butterfly Goddess is summoned to attack the enemy hero, dealing Magic Damage equal to 8% of their current HP. |
Holy Crystal | Raw Magic Power scaling | Use after core poke/control items when burst needs to scale. | Do not buy before basic tempo if mana and cooldown needs are failing. | Holy Crystal; +165 Magic Power; Unique Passive - Mystery: Gains 21-35% extra Magic Power (scales with level). |
Lightning Truncheon | Cooldown, mana, and echo burst | Works with repeated skill casts and grouped targets. | Do not treat it as a defensive item; it does not solve dive by itself. | Lightning Truncheon; +75 Magic Power; +400 Mana; +10% Cooldown Reduction; Unique Passive - Resonate: Every 6s, the next skill echoes, dealing 255 (+85% Total Magic Power) extra Magic Damage to all enemies in range. |
Genius Wand | Stacking Magic Defense reduction | Good when repeated hits can stack the debuff before follow-up damage. | Do not overvalue it if Nana cannot safely keep landing hits. | Genius Wand; +75 Magic Power; +5% Movement Speed; Unique Attribute: +10 Magic Penetration; Unique Passive - Magic: Dealing Magic Damage to enemy heroes will reduce their Magic Defense by 2.5(+0.5*Hero Level) for 2s. Stacks up to 3 times. |
Blood Wings | Magic Power plus shield and speed | Pick for late fight protection against dive pressure. | Do not let the shield replace positioning after Molina's Gift is down. | Blood Wings; +90 Magic Power; Unique Passive - Guard: Gains a 800 (+100% Total Magic Power) Shield that will regenerate 20s after being damaged. The Shield also grants 30 Movement Speed while it lasts and 150 Movement Speed for 1s after it breaks. |
Sky Piercer | Execute threshold snowball | Use only when your team can reliably finish low-HP targets. | Avoid in unstable games where deaths remove stacks. | Sky Piercer; +60 Adaptive Attack; +15 Movement Speed; Unique Passive - Lethality: After dealing damage to an enemy hero, executes the hero if their HP is lower than 4%. Gains 10 stack(s) of Lethality for each kill and loses 30% of current stack(s) for each death. Each stack of Lethality increases the HP threshold of the execute effect by 0.1%, stacking up to 80 times. |

Nana's relationship data is most useful when translated into mechanics. Pair her with heroes who can punish transform windows, respect chasers who can wait out Molina's Gift, and treat single relationship flags as draft signals instead of automatic lane guarantees.
| Hero | Relationship | Mechanism | How to play it | Do not |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Best teammate | Burst follow-up | Harley can punish the transform or stun window Nana creates. | Do not overlap every burst spell if Smooch misses. | |
| Compatible | Move speed and sustain support | Rafaela helps Nana keep distance and line up follow-up control. | Do not rely on this pair as the only hard catch into many dashes. | |
| Compatible | Pick control | Hook or suppression can hold targets inside Nana follow-up damage. | Do not throw Blitz before Franco confirms the catch. | |
| Threat | Strong chase | Zilong can keep chasing through Nana's passive duration. | Do not stand forward without Smooch ready as peel. | |
| Threat | Assassin pressure | Natalia can force Molina's Gift and continue after it ends. | Do not walk alone into fog without vision or peel. | |
| High-risk signal | Sustained pressure flag | Treat Gloo as a matchup that needs spacing and teammate help. | Do not treat one relationship label as a universal lane promise. | |
| Favorable target | Burst combo punish | Nana's passive helps survive deadly burst combos and answer after cooldowns. | Do not assume safety if Molina's Gift is on cooldown. | |
| Favorable target | Commit-window punish | Nana can live through a burst attempt and punish Kadita after her commit. | Do not stand in telegraphed burst without passive ready. | |
| Draft signal | Relationship flag | Use as a Nana-side draft signal while still checking the actual team context. | Do not overstate the matchup without more current lane evidence. | |
| Low compatibility warning | Timing mismatch risk | Avoid relying on both heroes for the same catch timing without a clear front line. | Do not call it impossible; just draft a clearer engage plan. |

Nana is a cheerful Leonin whose magic was strong enough to help her friends but uncontrolled enough to cause real harm. Her current story centers on guilt, leaving home to control her power, and Molina's sacrifice, which turns Nana's playful theme into a story about responsibility, friendship, and growing up without losing her warmth.

For teamfights, use Molina Smooch into Molina Blitz, then Magic Boomerang. For lane poke, use Molina Smooch into Magic Boomerang while also hitting the wave.
Molina's Gift can prevent one fatal burst window, but its cooldown is long. Against assassins, keep Smooch for peel, avoid walking alone into fog, and retreat toward teammates after passive triggers.
Use the Pro Setups as dated evidence, not a blind rule. Setup 1 is the clean burst/penetration baseline, while Blood Wings lines add safety and Sky Piercer lines need real kill momentum.

Nana is strongest when she makes the enemy team respect space before a fight starts. Use Molina Smooch as the gate, not as random poke; cast Molina Blitz only when the target is slowed, transformed, or trapped; and keep Magic Boomerang angled through both heroes and waves. If your team can punish her control windows, Nana turns small mistakes into kills. If the enemy can chase through Molina's Gift and keep fighting, play shorter, safer, and closer to help.
