FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, registered at UNIT 135, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), operates the online platform ManaBuy, which includes the website (https://www.manabuy.com) and the ManaBuy mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform provides e-commerce services for digital goods (the "Services"), allowing users to purchase digital products and game top-ups, including but not limited to item cards, gift cards, and other related virtual goods (collectively, the "Products").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and any applicable policies. These Terms are intended to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient transaction experience while clearly defining your rights and obligations. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms, including their formation, enforcement, interpretation, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

If a dispute arises between the parties in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final and binding arbitration in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The seat of arbitration shall be in Hong Kong, and the arbitration shall be conducted in English, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

If applicable laws grant users the right to resolve disputes through their local judicial authorities, such statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
