FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, registered at UNIT 135, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), operates the online platform ManaBuy, which includes the website (https://www.manabuy.com) and the ManaBuy mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform provides e-commerce services for digital goods (the "Services"), allowing users to purchase digital products and game top-ups, including but not limited to item cards, gift cards, and other related virtual goods (collectively, the "Products").
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and any applicable policies. These Terms are intended to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient transaction experience while clearly defining your rights and obligations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

- Suspend or permanently ban the user's account;
- Confiscate any benefits obtained through prohibited activities;
- Restrict or terminate the user's access to the Platform and its Services;
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities and take appropriate legal action when necessary.
5. Refund Policy
- All transactions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- If you encounter issues such as failed top-ups, unusable products, or products that significantly deviate from their descriptions, you may request a refund by contacting customer support within seven (7) days after the order is completed. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund processing typically takes up to fifteen (15) business days, and once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The actual time for funds to be credited depends on your payment provider's policies.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- The Platform and its services will always be available, uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Platform for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for transactions on the Platform in the six (6) months preceding the dispute. The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages under any circumstances.
7.3 Force Majeure
The Platform shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, lightning strikes).
- Government actions, regulatory changes, wars, terrorist attacks, sanctions, embargoes.
- Internet or telecommunications disruptions, power outages, server failures, data loss, or other technical malfunctions.
- Supply chain shortages, labor strikes, logistics disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
7.4 Assumption of Risk
You expressly understand and agree that you use the Platform and its services at your own risk. The Platform is not responsible for:
- Any damages or losses incurred as a result of accessing, using, or relying on the services, information, or transactions provided by the Platform.

- Any damages caused by third-party actions, payment processing issues, data loss, cyberattacks, or fraudulent activities.
7.5 Legal Compliance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that these disclaimers, limitations of liability, and force majeure provisions constitute a reasonable and enforceable agreement between you and the Platform. These provisions shall remain legally binding to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
8. Account Termination and Platform Rights
- The Platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's account if the user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or engages in activities such as fraud, abuse, intellectual property infringement, illegal transactions, money laundering, or hacking. In such cases, the Platform may revoke associated transactions, confiscate any unlawfully obtained gains, and take legal action if necessary.
- The Platform has the right to investigate accounts suspected of violations. During the investigation, the Platform may temporarily freeze the account until the review is completed.
- If a user remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (i.e., no logins or transactions), the Platform may suspend, deactivate, or delete the account at its discretion. Where required by law, the Platform may notify the user in advance or offer an option to restore the account.
Users may request to delete their accounts at any time. However, after deletion:
- Completed transactions will remain valid, and users cannot request their reversal.
- Account balances, points, coupons, or unused services are non-refundable, and the Platform bears no responsibility for any loss incurred due to account deletion.
- Account deletion is irreversible and does not exempt the user from any outstanding obligations (e.g., unpaid amounts, unresolved disputes, or legal liabilities incurred before deletion).
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any part or all of its services due to operational, security, legal, or compliance reasons without prior notice. However, where required by law, the Platform will provide reasonable justification for such actions.
- If an account is terminated or deleted, the Platform retains the right to store relevant transaction and account records as permitted by law to address potential disputes, comply with regulations, or fulfill legal obligations.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms, including their formation, enforcement, interpretation, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
If a dispute arises between the parties in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final and binding arbitration in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The seat of arbitration shall be in Hong Kong, and the arbitration shall be conducted in English, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
If applicable laws grant users the right to resolve disputes through their local judicial authorities, such statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
10. Miscellaneous
- These Terms may be updated or modified as necessary due to business developments, legal changes, or other relevant circumstances. The latest version will be published on the Platform and will become effective upon publication. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
