These ManaBuy Premium Terms (the “Premium Terms”) apply to your purchase, use, renewal, cancellation, and management of ManaBuy Premium, a paid subscription service offered on the ManaBuy platform.
ManaBuy is operated by FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, registered at UNIT 135, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (“ManaBuy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Premium Terms are part of and supplement the ManaBuy Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published on the ManaBuy platform.
By purchasing, using, renewing, or managing ManaBuy Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Premium Terms. If you do not agree to these Premium Terms, you should not purchase or use ManaBuy Premium.
ManaBuy Premium is a paid subscription service that provides eligible users with certain subscription benefits on the ManaBuy platform.
The main benefit of ManaBuy Premium is:
ManaBuy Premium may also include a Premium identity badge or other subscription-related features displayed on your account, product pages, checkout pages, account center, or other areas of the platform.
ManaBuy may adjust, add, remove, suspend, or modify Premium benefits from time to time due to business, technical, legal, operational, payment, security, or risk-control reasons. Any material changes will be displayed on the ManaBuy platform where appropriate.
ManaBuy Premium may be offered through different subscription plans, including but not limited to:
The available plans, prices, billing currency, validity period, and applicable payment methods are displayed on the ManaBuy platform at the time of purchase.

Prices may vary by country, region, currency, payment method, exchange rate, taxes, fees, or other factors. The final amount payable will be shown before payment.
ManaBuy Premium is a recurring subscription service.
Unless you cancel automatic renewal before the current billing period ends, your ManaBuy Premium subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the eligible payment method associated with your subscription.
By purchasing ManaBuy Premium, you authorize ManaBuy and/or its payment service providers to charge the applicable subscription fee automatically on each renewal date.
The renewal amount will generally be based on the subscription plan and billing currency shown at the time of purchase or renewal. It may vary where applicable due to plan changes, pricing updates, taxes, payment provider fees, currency conversion, or other charges shown or notified through the platform.
Any applicable renewal price will be displayed or otherwise made available on the platform where required by applicable law or platform rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, available, and has sufficient balance or credit for automatic renewal.
Subscription prices do not include any taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees, card issuer fees, wallet provider fees, or third-party charges unless expressly stated. Such charges may be imposed by your payment provider or financial institution and are outside ManaBuy’s control.
For active subscriptions with automatic renewal enabled, your account may display a Next Billing Date.
The Next Billing Date indicates when your subscription is expected to renew and when the next subscription fee may be charged.
If you cancel automatic renewal before the Next Billing Date, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but your subscription will not renew automatically after that.
During your active ManaBuy Premium subscription period, eligible orders may receive a 2% discount.
For user-facing convenience, ManaBuy may describe this benefit as “2% off every order”; however, the discount applies only to eligible orders as determined under these Premium Terms and platform rules.
The Premium discount is subject to the following rules:
ManaBuy reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for the Premium discount.
Product pages may display a Premium price, “Price with Premium,” or similar wording for eligible products.
Such price is shown for reference and applies only if your ManaBuy Premium subscription is active at the time the product order is placed, or if the platform expressly allows the product to be purchased after a successful Premium subscription activation.
If you are not an active ManaBuy Premium subscriber, the Premium price will not apply unless you successfully subscribe to ManaBuy Premium first.
If ManaBuy Premium is not successfully activated, the relevant product order will not be eligible for the Premium price.
Displayed Premium prices, savings amounts, or estimated discounts may differ from the final payable amount due to payment fees, currency exchange rates, rounding rules, taxes, payment method restrictions, or other factors.
In some cases, ManaBuy may allow users to subscribe to ManaBuy Premium before purchasing a product at the Premium price.
Because ManaBuy Premium and product purchases may use different payment methods, payment providers, or checkout processes, they may be processed separately.
The Premium checkout and the product checkout may be separate payment flows, and completing one does not automatically complete the other.
Where the platform requires you to subscribe first:
ManaBuy does not guarantee that all product payment methods will be available for Premium subscription purchases, and ManaBuy does not guarantee that all Premium subscription payment methods will be available for product purchases.
ManaBuy Premium may support different payment methods from ordinary product purchases.
For example, some local wallets, prepaid payment methods, or other payment options may support product purchases but may not support recurring subscription payments. In such cases, those payment methods may not be available for ManaBuy Premium.
The payment methods available for ManaBuy Premium will be shown during the Premium checkout process.
If you choose to purchase a product after subscribing to ManaBuy Premium, the product checkout may display a different set of available payment methods.
ManaBuy is not responsible for payment failures caused by issues with your payment method, payment account, card issuer, bank, wallet provider, payment processor, insufficient funds, account restrictions, compliance checks, risk-control checks, or other external payment provider issues.
You may cancel automatic renewal for ManaBuy Premium at any time through My Subscription or other cancellation methods provided on the platform.
Canceling automatic renewal means that your subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends. It does not immediately terminate your current active subscription period.
After cancellation:
ManaBuy may display the status as “Auto-renew off,” “Ends On,” or other similar wording to indicate that your subscription is still active but will not renew automatically.
If you cancel automatic renewal while your subscription is still active, ManaBuy may allow you to resume your subscription before the current billing period ends.
If you resume your subscription, automatic renewal may be turned on again, and your subscription may continue according to the applicable plan, price, billing date, and payment method shown on the platform.
Resuming a subscription may require confirmation of a valid payment method, payment authorization, or other verification required by ManaBuy or its payment service providers.
ManaBuy may allow you to change your renewal plan, such as switching between a Weekly Plan and a Monthly Plan.
Unless otherwise stated, changing your plan does not immediately change the current active subscription period. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the new plan will take effect from your next renewal.
If you cancel automatic renewal before the new plan takes effect, the scheduled plan change may no longer take effect.
ManaBuy may display a notice such as “Renewal plan updated” to show the plan scheduled for your next renewal.
Automatic renewal may fail for reasons including but not limited to:
If automatic renewal fails, your ManaBuy Premium subscription may expire, and Premium benefits may no longer be available.
You may need to check your account balance, update your payment method, or subscribe again using an available payment method.
ManaBuy may display a notice such as “Renewal failed” and may provide instructions for subscribing again.
ManaBuy is not obligated to provide a grace period after renewal failure unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated on the platform.
If your ManaBuy Premium subscription expires, your future orders will no longer receive Premium discounts unless you subscribe again.
After expiration:
ManaBuy Premium subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by ManaBuy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
If you believe there is a billing issue or purchase-related problem, please contact ManaBuy customer support for assistance. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may not be provided in situations including but not limited to:
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method, and the time required for funds to be credited will depend on your payment provider.
If your ManaBuy account is suspended, restricted, terminated, or deleted, your access to ManaBuy Premium may also be suspended, restricted, terminated, or unavailable.
ManaBuy may suspend or terminate Premium benefits if we determine that you have violated these Premium Terms, the Terms of Service, applicable laws, payment rules, anti-fraud requirements, or platform policies.
ManaBuy may also revoke benefits obtained through abuse, fraud, unauthorized payment methods, chargeback abuse, system exploitation, or other improper conduct.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel any outstanding obligations, disputes, completed transactions, or records that ManaBuy is required or permitted to retain under applicable law or platform policies.
You must not abuse ManaBuy Premium, Premium discounts, subscription benefits, payment methods, coupons, platform systems, or refund processes.

If ManaBuy detects fraud, abuse, or misuse, we may take appropriate action, including rejecting refunds, canceling benefits, suspending accounts, terminating access, withholding or recovering improper gains, and reporting the matter to payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
ManaBuy Premium may not be available in all countries, regions, currencies, payment methods, products, platforms, or user accounts.
ManaBuy may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or adjust ManaBuy Premium or any Premium benefits at any time due to business, legal, payment, technical, operational, security, or compliance reasons.
We may also update Premium prices, benefits, supported plans, supported payment methods, discount rules, or renewal rules from time to time.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, ManaBuy will provide notice of material changes.
Where reasonably possible, changes to Premium benefits will not affect benefits already activated for the current paid billing period, unless required for legal, security, payment, technical, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Your continued use of ManaBuy Premium after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
To provide and manage ManaBuy Premium, ManaBuy may collect and process information related to your account, subscription status, payment method, payment status, transaction history, renewal activity, cancellation status, and Premium benefit usage.
Such information may be used for purposes including but not limited to:

These Premium Terms supplement the ManaBuy Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.
In the event of any conflict between these Premium Terms and the general Terms of Service regarding ManaBuy Premium, these Premium Terms shall apply to the extent of the conflict.
In case of any inconsistency between summaries, FAQs, interface descriptions, promotional text, customer support explanations, and these Premium Terms, these Premium Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For matters not specifically addressed in these Premium Terms, the Terms of Service and other applicable ManaBuy policies shall apply.
ManaBuy Premium is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
ManaBuy does not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManaBuy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to ManaBuy Premium, including but not limited to payment failures, renewal failures, service interruptions, delayed benefit activation, external payment provider restrictions, exchange rate changes, account issues, or user misuse.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Premium Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Premium Terms, ManaBuy Premium, or your use of ManaBuy Premium shall be handled in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in the ManaBuy Terms of Service.
If applicable laws grant you mandatory rights to resolve disputes through local judicial authorities or other statutory mechanisms, such rights shall remain unaffected.
ManaBuy may update these Premium Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, subscription features, payment methods, legal requirements, platform policies, or other relevant circumstances.
The latest version will be published on the ManaBuy platform and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
You are encouraged to review these Premium Terms periodically. Your continued use of ManaBuy Premium after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Premium Terms.
