Delta Force S12 微光, referred to here as Glimmer, launches on the China server on November 5, 2026. Its official preview confirms a new assault operator, a UE5 Warfare map, a limited AZ3 operation, a Bakhsh faction mode, the AN-94 and a rebuilt training range. That is real S12 information—but it is not yet a Global/Garena patch note.
As of November 4, Garena's English news page still lists S11 Reorientation as the active season, with major season activities running through November 9. No English S12 release notice, localized names or feature-parity statement has been posted there. Global players can use the China-server preview to understand what may be coming, but should not treat November 5 as their own launch date.
Regional boundary: November 5 and the features below are confirmed for the China server. Global/Garena timing, localized names, balance values, pass rewards and feature parity remain pending.

| Feature | China-server S12 status | Global/Garena status on Nov 4 | What players should do |
|---|---|---|---|
| S12 Glimmer launch | November 5 | No English S12 date announced | Treat the China date as regional, not universal. |
| Wildfire (野火) | New assault operator | Name, timing and kit parity pending | Learn the job—smoke, delayed explosive pressure and breaching—but wait for localized values. |
| Skyline Port (天际港) | New UE5 Warfare map | Not yet listed in English S12 notes | Prepare a flexible rifle; map the actual lanes before specializing. |
| AZ3 Supercritical | Limited Top Secret operation | Availability and rules pending | Use a replaceable kit until the live extraction rules are clear. |
| Bakhsh faction conflict | New Operations activity | Not yet confirmed | Relearn objectives and traffic before risking premium equipment. |
| AN-94 | New 5.45×39 mm rifle | Release timing and stats pending | Reserve one test slot, not an entire upgrade budget. |
| Training Range 2.0 | Range upgrade announced | Feature parity pending | Use it to compare one changed weapon with one stable baseline. |
The official China-server S12 preview names the new activity set. Garena's current English Reorientation notice remains the correct source for the Global/Garena season that is live now.

Wildfire is presented as an assault operator who creates her own entry window. Preview material shows two smoke patterns, a delayed explosive and a shield-assisted breach. The durable lesson is not “pick one best gun.” It is that her weapon must finish the fight created by the utility.
Use this three-step test when she reaches your server:
For Warfare, pair the first Wildfire test with a controllable assault rifle instead of an all-in close-range build. For Operations, use a kit whose total loss—receiver, attachments, ammo, armor and meds—you can replace at least twice. A new operator is the worst time to learn a new map, a new weapon and a maximum-cost kit simultaneously.
Source: Delta Force's official China-server S12 recap. These scenes show the mixed urban battlefield and the large wave event that should shape first-session route testing.
Skyline Port is a new UE5 Warfare map built around an amphibious assault. The preview emphasizes urban fighting, vehicles and a major wave event. That mix makes an extreme day-one build risky: a close-range setup may win the first building and fail the next open lane, while a long-range setup may lose the objective interior.
| Question | How to test it | Rebuild only when… |
|---|---|---|
| Where do meaningful fights happen? | Review the last five objective engagements, not the best kill streak. | One distance dominates at least three of those fights. |
| Is the loss caused by recoil or visibility? | Repeat the lane with the same stance and optic. | The rifle is controllable but the sight picture hides targets, or the reverse. |
| Are vehicles deciding the route? | Count how often armor forces you off a lane. | A class or gadget change solves more than another recoil attachment. |
| Does the wave change safe positions? | Mark which cover, routes and vehicle lanes become unusable. | The event consistently changes your approach to the objective. |
Do not label an old share code as a “Skyline Port meta build” before the map is live on your platform. Save the current code as a baseline, then re-export only after the weapon level, attachments and platform behavior match the new patch.
The official preview identifies AZ3 Supercritical as a limited Top Secret operation. It also signals special radiation and extraction pressure. Test-server descriptions have changed during the preview cycle, so exact extraction count, switch timing and contamination behavior should be checked in the live client instead of copied as permanent rules.
The correct preparation is an Operations decision tree:
Set a stop line before entering. If one loss would prevent the next two attempts, the kit is too expensive for a mode whose live extraction rules you have not learned.
S12 adds a faction confrontation activity to Bakhsh. Any new objective changes where players spawn, linger, rotate and third-party fights. Old loot routes may remain physically possible while becoming tactically poor.
For the first three matches, record:
This is more valuable than changing five attachments after one bad death. Route pressure changes the fight before weapon tuning does.
The China-server preview confirms the AN-94 and an upgraded training range. It does not prove the AN-94 will be the best rifle on Global, or that the same stats will arrive unchanged.
Use one familiar rifle as the control. Keep optic, target distance, stance, sensitivity, frame rate and weapon level as close as possible. Compare:
| Test | What to record | Bad conclusion to avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Short burst | Time to settle and sight recovery | “The first burst felt fast, so it is best.” |
| Sustained fire | Horizontal drift and magazine pressure | “The range spray was clean, so it is cheap in Operations.” |
| Strafe duel | Handling, ADS timing and visibility | “Higher damage fixes a slow first shot.” |
| Full kit | Receiver, attachments, ammo and rebuild cost | “The gun price alone is the loadout cost.” |
Spend Weapon EXP only after the rifle wins the role you need. A new weapon that duplicates your best current rifle without improving range, handling or economy is a collection choice, not an urgent investment.
Garena's official S11 notice runs the Reorientation Season Pass and several major events through November 9. That makes these actions useful even without a Global S12 date:
The Delta Force Season Pass guide explains the stable buying checks. The reward list for the next Global pass should be added only after the English client or patch note confirms it.
No. November 5 is the confirmed China-server launch date for S12 Glimmer. As of November 4, the Garena English site has not posted a Global/Garena S12 date.
微光 is the official Chinese season name. “Glimmer” is a practical translation used in this English preview; the final Global localized name may differ.
Wildfire is confirmed for China-server S12. Her Global name, release date, cooldowns and exact kit values remain pending until an English announcement or live client confirms them.
No. Its presence is confirmed for China-server S12, but a ranking requires live stats, recoil behavior, attachment access, ammo economy and platform-specific testing.
Keep them as comparison records. Re-test the same weapon after the update, then create a new code only if the attachments, stats or intended role have changed.
Do not assume so. Reward tracks, currency routes, prices, dates and promotions can differ by region. Use the live Global/Garena client as the final purchase source.
S12 Glimmer is confirmed for the China server on November 5 with Wildfire, Skyline Port, AZ3 Supercritical, a Bakhsh faction activity, the AN-94 and a training-range upgrade. Global/Garena players should treat those features as a preview, not a dated patch note. Finish reachable S11 rewards, preserve one weapon-test budget and an Operations rebuild floor, then wait for the English S12 announcement before buying the next pass or calling any weapon a new meta build.
