TL;DR: yes, ManaBuy is a real, traceable business, and you can check the important parts yourself. It is run by FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a Hong Kong company with Company Registration No. 77374965. Its Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG MOBILE, Wuthering Waves and Delta Force top-ups ask only for your player ID (plus Zone ID or server where the game needs it), never your password. ManaBuy says it is authorized by MOONTON for MLBB and by KRAFTON for PUBG MOBILE. Its refund, terms and privacy policies are public. No store can promise zero risk, so the rest of this page shows what to check and where.

We checked every page and source linked below on 28 October 2026.

Who runs ManaBuy?

The ManaBuy Terms of Service (last updated September 2, 2026) name the operator as FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, Company Registration No. 77374965, registered at Unit 135, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The same company name and number are printed in the site footer.

The terms say Hong Kong law applies. If a dispute can't be settled by negotiation, it goes to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The Privacy Policy says personal data is handled under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and that data sent through the platform is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.

You can look up any Hong Kong company number yourself through the Hong Kong Companies Registry and its e-Services Portal. We did not run that search for this article, so treat the registry record as something to confirm, not something we have confirmed for you.

The same company also appears as the developer of the ManaBuy app on Google Play. On 28 October 2026 the listing showed FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED as developer, 5K+ downloads, an 18+ content rating and a last update of Aug 7, 2026. A matching developer name across the website, the terms and an app store listing is a basic consistency check that fake shops often fail.

Is ManaBuy authorized by the game publishers?

ManaBuy confirms it holds authorization from MOONTON for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and from KRAFTON for PUBG MOBILE. We have not confirmed any publisher authorization for Wuthering Waves or Delta Force, so we don't claim one here.

Why this matters for MLBB: the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Terms of Service (last updated June 20th, 2025) say paid items should be bought through the App Store, Google Play, or

"certain authorized third party platforms/channels."

MOONTON does not publish a list of those channels, and neither publisher has a public lookup tool for authorized sellers that we could find. That means you can't verify the authorization independently from the publisher side. If it matters to you, ask ManaBuy support directly. For a full look at what MOONTON actually penalizes, read can you get banned for using a third-party MLBB top-up.

Does ManaBuy ask for your game password?

No. All four games on this page are ID-only top-ups:

  • Mobile Legends: Bang Bang: User ID and Zone ID. The MLBB top-up page states "The MLBB password is not required." Most successful top-ups arrive in about 3 seconds to 1 minute.
  • PUBG MOBILE (International server): only your PUBG MOBILE UID. The PUBG MOBILE UC page says most orders arrive within seconds to 3 minutes.
  • Wuthering Waves: UID plus server (Asia, Europe, America, SEA or HMT), on Android, iOS or PC. Usually 30 seconds to 2 minutes after payment.
  • Delta Force (international, non-Garena version): only your UID. Usually 10 seconds to 1 minute.

This lines up with the publishers' own rules. MOONTON's terms ask players to "keep your password confidential", and the PUBG MOBILE EULA (last updated 2026-03-17) says you "will not disclose your Game Account password to anyone." Any seller that asks for your login breaks those rules on your behalf.

The trade-off: the MLBB page also says the account name is not shown for checking before payment. If a top-up is delivered to the wrong account because the ID you typed was wrong, the order can't be cancelled or refunded. Copy your IDs from your in-game profile; our MLBB User ID and Zone ID guide shows where to find them.

Payments, fees and refunds

The payment methods depend on the currency you check out in:

  • JPY checkout: PayPay, au PAY, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay. PayPay only appears for JPY checkout. PayPay and au PAY carry an extra payment fee, and the final amount is shown at checkout after you pick a method.
  • USD checkout: credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

There is no minimum order amount.

Refunds, as confirmed by ManaBuy and set out in its Refund Policy:

  • Orders that were delivered and credited to your account can't be refunded.
  • If delivery fails or the currency never arrives, you get a full refund to your original payment method. If that return fails, ManaBuy works out another refund method with you.
  • The written policy asks you to contact support within 7 days of the order, with evidence such as screenshots. Approved refunds usually take up to 15 business days to process, and the date the money shows up depends on your bank or wallet.
  • Change of mind and wrong details you entered yourself are not refundable.

One thing that surprises people: a top-up through ManaBuy does not count as an in-game recharge, so in-game "top-up X diamonds, get a reward" events are not triggered. If an event reward is the reason you're buying, buy in-game instead.

What do independent reviews say?

ManaBuy has a Trustpilot profile, claimed by the company in May 2025. When we read it on 28 October 2026, the positive reviews were mostly about delivery speed. The negative ones fell into three groups:

  • Recharge-event rewards not appearing after a diamond top-up. This is the in-game event rule explained above, not a failed delivery, but it is a fair complaint if you didn't know.
  • A complaint about a physical parcel shipped to the wrong address. ManaBuy replied that it sells only digital top-ups and asked the reviewer to check the merchant.
  • Off-topic posts, such as requests for free UC, which say nothing about service quality either way.

Trustpilot itself notes that it doesn't fact-check reviews, and that ManaBuy hasn't invited customers to review recently, so the reviews may not be representative. Read the low ratings as well as the high ones.

How to check any top-up site in 5 minutes

Use this on ManaBuy or any other store before your first order:

  1. Find the legal company. Look for a registered company name and number in the footer or terms, not just a brand name.
  2. Look the company up. Search the number in the official registry of that country (for Hong Kong, the Companies Registry).
  3. Match names across places. The company on the website, in the terms and on the app store developer line should be the same.
  4. Check what they ask for. A direct top-up needs your player ID. A request for your password or login code is a red flag.
  5. Read the refund policy before paying. Note the claim window and what counts as "delivered".
  6. Look at how you pay. The FTC's gift card scam guidance warns that only scammers tell you to buy a gift card and send them the numbers off the back. A real store takes payment at its own checkout.
  7. Read the bad reviews. Look for patterns like non-delivery or no reply, not just the overall score.
  8. Start small. Make one small order and keep the order number and receipt until it arrives.

How to contact ManaBuy

If a payment went through but the top-up didn't arrive, contact support with your order number before paying again, so you aren't charged twice.

FAQ

Is it safe to top up Mobile Legends diamonds on ManaBuy?

The main risks you control are covered: you only enter your User ID and Zone ID, never your password, and ManaBuy says it is authorized by MOONTON. The risk left is typing the wrong ID, because delivered orders can't be reversed. Copy your IDs from your profile and check them twice.

Is ManaBuy an official MOONTON or PUBG MOBILE store?

No. ManaBuy is an independent top-up site run by FUTURE OUTLOOK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. It says it is an authorized channel for MLBB (MOONTON) and PUBG MOBILE (KRAFTON), but it is not the publishers' own store.

Can I get a refund if my diamonds or UC don't arrive?

Yes. If delivery fails or the currency isn't credited, ManaBuy refunds the full amount to your original payment method. Contact support within 7 days of the order and include your order number.

Will a ManaBuy top-up count toward in-game recharge events?

No. Top-ups through ManaBuy don't trigger in-game recharge or cumulative top-up rewards. If you want an event reward, buy inside the game.

Are there extra fees?

PayPay and au PAY carry an extra payment fee, and PayPay is only offered for JPY checkout. The final amount payable is shown at checkout once you select a payment method, so check it before you confirm.
