Open the event page and record the room list. This prevents a solved room from being confused with a fully claimed reward.
Finish one room at a time. Read the room prompt, inspect the interactable clues, and claim any unlocked reward before moving on.

All Hallows’ Glow runs from October 15 at 09:00 UTC to November 13 at 09:00 UTC. In Beijing time, that is October 15 at 17:00 through November 13 at 17:00.

The official patch notes confirm that Trash King is earned by completing event missions. If you only want the free costume, start with the mission list and claim each completed milestone before considering the Premium route.

When you pop a balloon at full price in one pool, the balloon in the same position—the same draw number—in the other two pools is discounted to 50% of its original price.

Example: If you pop the third balloon in the Invisible Woman pool at full price, the third balloon in both the Deadpool and Mister Fantastic pools receives the 50% discount.

This does not mean the total cost of every pool is cut in half. The discount applies only to matching balloon positions in the other pools. Check which draw number is discounted before switching pools.

Launch-day check: the official patch notes do not list each balloon’s price, reward odds, pity or guarantee rules, duplicate-reward handling, or the exact in-game discount presentation. Review those values in your own account after the October 16 reset.

Should you spend on the new events?

Finish the free Trash King missions first. A free costume should not be mixed into your paid cosmetic budget.

If you want two or three costumes, plan the draw order. Use the same-position discounts only after comparing the live balloon prices across all three pools.

Galacta’s Gift Vol. 3 is still active

Galacta’s Gift Vol. 3 remains available until November 13 at 09:00 UTC. It still offers the Costume Coin and temporary Exchange Store route, but it no longer needs to lead the article now that All Hallows’ Glow and the new Pop & Win rotation have the more immediate decisions.

Recently ended and replaced events

Jeff’s Superstar Search and the original Season 10 Twitch Drops ended on October 9. Jeff’s Dream Eater ended on October 15 at 09:00 UTC. The Luna Snow / Phoenix Pop & Win rotation closes on October 16 at 02:00 UTC and is then replaced by the Unseen Weaver, Nurse-Pool, and Mr. Malignance pools.
