Top-up Information

Character ID and Refund Rules

Enter the exact Character ID you want to top up. You may top up for yourself or a friend, but you must check the receiving Character ID before paying. If a purchase is successfully delivered to the wrong valid character because incorrect information was entered, it cannot be refunded, reversed, transferred, or recovered.

If you play on more than one platform, first confirm that every login opens the same character. The Where Winds Meet cross-progression guide explains the safe account-linking order and how to verify the receiving Character ID before a purchase.

If the top-up itself fails, ManaBuy refunds the payment to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or card issuer.

After Delivery

Open Where Winds Meet and check the receiving character. Echo Beads will appear in the relevant balance, while a purchased pass should appear in its corresponding in-game section. If the order is marked completed but you cannot find the purchase, contact ManaBuy support with your order number and Character ID.

Product Description

About Where Winds Meet

Where Winds Meet is a free-to-play open-world Wuxia action RPG from NetEase Games. Set in tenth-century China, it lets you explore the Jianghu, learn different martial arts, take on story quests, and play solo or with other players.

Its optional purchases focus on appearances, Monthly Pass benefits, and Battle Pass content rather than locking normal progression behind payment. ManaBuy gives global-version players a straightforward way to buy Echo Beads and available passes at low prices using only the receiving character’s Character ID.

What Are Echo Beads?

Echo Beads are paid virtual currency in Where Winds Meet. A ManaBuy Echo Beads top-up adds the amount you select to the character linked to the Character ID you enter. Echo Beads are separate from currencies earned through normal gameplay, so check the currency shown on an in-game purchase before choosing a package.

Buying Echo Beads does not automatically purchase an appearance or activate a pass. After the balance is delivered, you decide how to use it inside the game on eligible Echo Bead-priced content.

Echo Beads, Monthly Pass, or Battle Pass: Which Should You Buy?

Echo Beads: Choose a one-time Echo Beads package when you want paid currency added to your character for an eligible in-game purchase. Check your current balance and the price of what you want before selecting an amount.

Monthly Pass: Choose the Monthly Pass when you want the ongoing benefits shown on the current in-game pass page. Its contents can change, so review the active benefits and conditions in Where Winds Meet before ordering.

Elite or Premium Battle Pass: These are separate paid pass options tied to the current Battle Pass. Check the active season, the differences between the two tiers, and whether your character already owns a pass before buying.

Passes are not interchangeable with an Echo Beads balance. Select the exact product you want ManaBuy to deliver rather than assuming one can be converted into another.

For a side-by-side comparison based on what you want to buy and how often you play, read the Echo Beads, Monthly Pass, and Battle Pass buying guide before choosing a product.
