Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3 Event Guide: Rewards and Priorities

Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.3, Journey to the Sky, adds login rewards, limited events, double-reward activities, new story content, and new Signal Searches. Start with the cumulative login events, then clear Spooky Funhouse Tales and make sure Area Patrol and Combat Simulation are unlocked.

Journey to the Sky expands the story and adds a new set of limited events.

Best order to clear Version 3.3 content

1. Open All-New Program and begin its cumulative login progress.
2. Check whether Spooky Funhouse Tales is available on your account.
3. Unlock Area Patrol and Combat Simulation if either mode is still unavailable.
4. Clear the limited event's Mission Mode stages for its featured rewards.
5. Check each event page in game and prioritize the one with the least remaining availability.

The login rewards cannot be completed in one session. Opening the event menu regularly is more important than leaving every task until the end.

Event priorities and rewards

All-New Program

All-New Program grants Encrypted Master Tape x10 through cumulative logins. It requires Inter-Knot Level 5, completion of the Prologue mission The Hare and the Proxy, and access to the Events feature.

Claim each unlocked reward from the event page. Logging in without opening the page may leave a reward waiting to be collected.

Spooky Funhouse Tales

Spooky Funhouse Tales is the central limited event. Entry requires Inter-Knot Level 20 and completion of the Main Story Chapter 1 Interlude.

The event provides the A-Rank W-Engine Candlelit Scheme (Armorer). Clearing every stage in Mission Mode also unlocks the limited Angels of Delusion outfit through Angels Support Operation. If you want the limited cosmetic, plan to finish the full Mission Mode route rather than stopping after the early rewards.

Advanced Bounty: Area Patrol

Advanced Bounty: Area Patrol doubles rewards from Area Patrol. Access requires Inter-Knot Level 21, completion of the Reputation Rank-Up mission Proxy's Path I, and the Area Patrol mode itself.

If the event page is visible but you cannot enter, check the mode's prerequisite mission before spending energy elsewhere.

Data Bounty: Combat Simulation

Data Bounty: Combat Simulation doubles rewards from Combat Simulation. Combat Simulation becomes available through the Chapter 1 story mission Cat's Lost & Found.

Choose the materials needed by the Agents you are currently building before starting a run. The in-game activity page shows which stages and rewards are covered by the bonus.

Other events to remember

"En-Nah" Into Your Lap awards Boopon x10 through cumulative logins. Treat it like All-New Program: start its login progress as soon as the event appears and claim the unlocked rewards from the event page.

Trails of the Hobbling Crow and Repair! Drifting Art also require Inter-Knot Level 20 and completion of the Main Story Chapter 1 Interlude. Check their objective lists after they open so they do not sit unnoticed behind the larger story event.

New story gameplay and Bangboo Mech

The new story chapter introduces Quietude Isle and sections where Proxies pilot a Bangboo Mech. The mech can switch between melee and ranged modes, with different skills attached to each style. Use melee when enemies are already close and ranged attacks when spacing or safer damage matters more.

Phase I Signal Searches

Phoenix is a Fire Anomaly Agent featured during Version 3.3 Phase I.

Phase I features Phoenix, a Fire Anomaly Agent, and Velina, a Wind Anomaly Agent. Their featured S-Rank W-Engines are Plume of Rebirth (Anomaly) and Joyau Dore (Anomaly).
