The NIKKE 4th Anniversary information site is live, but the useful move right now is not guessing the banner lineup. The confirmed actions are smaller: claim the one Recruit Voucher from the web campaign, mark October 29 as the next announcement checkpoint, and freeze a Gem, Advanced Recruit Voucher, and Gold Mileage reserve until the recruitment notices are public.
| Item | Confirmed status | What it means for your account |
|---|---|---|
| Anniversary checkpoint | October 29; “Third Surface Reclamation War” | Save the date, but do not assume an exact launch or maintenance time yet. |
| Information-site campaign | October 8–November 18, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+9) | This is the web campaign window, not the confirmed duration of every in-game event. |
| Current free reward | One Recruit Voucher for the first qualifying community share | Claim it after checking the linked server and account. |
| Story material | Chapters 43–48 are highlighted | Use it to catch up on the plot; Chapters 47–48 launched in August. |
| Still locked | Characters, banners, total rewards, events, passes, packages | Do not build a spending plan around leaks or sections that have not opened yet. |
The current details come from the official NIKKE 4th Anniversary information site. October 29 is the date on its countdown; the page does not yet publish the update's exact maintenance schedule.

Treat this as one web-campaign reward. It is not the final anniversary gift count, and it is not an Advanced Recruit Voucher.
I would take a snapshot of the account now and make decisions from what is already owned. Adding rumored gifts to the balance makes it too easy to overspend on the current banner and assume the anniversary will refill the gap.
| Resource | How to count it | Practical stop line |
|---|---|---|
| Gems | 3,000 Gems per Special Recruit ten-pull | Set an anniversary floor and stop current pulls when the account reaches it. |
| Advanced Recruit Vouchers | Count only vouchers already owned | Keep them unassigned until the number and type of anniversary banners are known. |
| Gold Mileage | 200 tickets commonly secure one eligible featured copy | If you are near 200, avoid spending it before comparing every anniversary target. |
| Ordinary Recruit Vouchers | Separate from Special Recruit funding | Consider holding them until permanent-pool and Wishlist changes are confirmed. |
| Upgrade materials | Track Credits, Battle Data, Core Dust, skill and gear resources separately | Keep enough to make one new unit usable instead of pre-farming a rumored kit. |
Count each Advanced Recruit Voucher as one Special Recruit and every 300 Gems as one more pull. Keep Gold Mileage in a separate column: it is an exchange safety net, not another random pull. This prevents a 200-ticket guarantee from being hidden inside an optimistic “total pulls” number.
| Example reserve | Special Recruit pulls | What it supports |
|---|---|---|
| 10 vouchers + 6,000 Gems | 30 | A controlled attempt. Do not split it across several banners without a clear priority. |
| 20 vouchers + 24,000 Gems | 100 | A serious attempt, but never a guaranteed featured copy by itself. |
| 40 vouchers + 48,000 Gems | 200 | Generates 200 Gold Mileage from paid/voucher pulls; choose the exchange target after seeing every banner. |
| 200+ existing Gold Mileage | Separate from pull count | One eligible featured copy without relying on a random drop. |
Rate reference only: at a 1% featured rate, 100 pulls have about a 63% chance of producing at least one copy; at 2%, about 87%. Those are not predictions for the 4th Anniversary. Use them only after the live recruitment notice publishes the real featured rate.
| Account | What I would do before October 29 | What I would avoid |
|---|---|---|
| New account | Keep progressing and collect current free rewards; build one functioning core team. | Freezing progression because a rumored anniversary unit might replace someone. |
| Free-to-play / light spender | Write down a Gem floor and protect any 200-ticket Mileage option. | Making several “small” banner attempts that erase the reserve. |
| 200 Gold Mileage ready | Wait for all eligible exchange targets and their banner dates. | Using the guarantee before limited status and role are confirmed. |
| Developed multi-team account | List actual role, code, and Burst-stage gaps before looking at new characters. | Pre-spending skill boxes or custom modules for an unannounced kit. |
Ordinary Recruit Vouchers normally do not fund Special Recruit and do not create Gold Mileage. They create Silver Mileage instead, so they should not be included in the anniversary pull total.
Holding them can still make sense if the anniversary update later adds new permanent Nikkes and changes the Wishlist choices. Waiting lets those units enter the pool before you spend a large stack. The exception is a new account that needs duplicates to cross the level 160 wall or fill basic roster gaps. In that case, stopping all Ordinary Recruit progress for an unannounced banner can cost more progression than it saves. Molds follow the same logic: they may improve the current roster, but they cannot replace Gems or Advanced Recruit Vouchers on a Special Recruit banner.
Wait for the banner rules and free-reward count, subtract owned vouchers and Mileage, then cover only the shortfall inside your preset limit.
The story footage puts the surface campaign, a confrontation around the Queen, and the next reclamation effort at the center of the anniversary mood. It does not identify the recruitable lineup. A character appearing in the trailer is story evidence, not banner confirmation, so the pull plan should still wait for the recruitment notice.

The information site includes story material through Chapters 47 and 48, which can look like a content announcement if you only scan the anniversary page. Those chapters were added after the August 13 maintenance, with Chapter 46 completion required to enter Chapter 47. Their role here is story context leading into the anniversary.

If your account is behind, note your current chapter, required combat power, and the upgrade wall stopping progress. Catching up is useful, but burning every resource to force one chapter before October 29 can leave a newly recruited unit without skill or gear materials.
The official information site counts down to October 29, 2026. The exact update and maintenance times have not been announced yet.
It is the official phrase used by the anniversary information site. NIKKE has not yet explained whether it is a story event, game mode, campaign theme, or another type of content.
Log in on the official information site, verify the correct server and account, and complete the first qualifying share to a designated community. The voucher arrives through in-game mail, which expires after 90 days.
No new anniversary character lineup has been officially announced yet. Wait for the recruitment notices to confirm names, rarity, manufacturer, code, weapon, rates, and limited status.
No. Chapters 47 and 48 were released in August 2026. They appear on the anniversary site as story catch-up material.
Saving is the flexible choice if you do not have a higher-priority current target. A 200-ticket balance can secure an eligible featured copy, but you should confirm the anniversary exchange lineup before spending it.
They cannot normally be used on Special Recruit, but saving them can be useful if new permanent units and Wishlist updates arrive after the anniversary. New accounts that need duplicates for the level 160 wall may still benefit from using them now.
No specific free SSR, selector, or redeem code is confirmed yet. Past anniversary patterns are useful context, but they should not be counted as 4th Anniversary rewards until NIKKE publishes them.
Claim the one web voucher, record the resources you already own, and choose a reserve you will not cross. That is enough preparation while the character and banner sections remain locked.
When the recruitment and update notices go live, recheck the rates, limited status, free-pull count, Mileage exchange, and end dates. Those five facts will turn this preview into a real pull plan.
