A “failed Clash of Clans top-up” can describe several different stages on ManaBuy. The payment may fail before an order exists, the provider may charge without returning an order, the Supercell ID handoff may be incomplete, the Login Top-up may still be processing, or a completed order may not yet be visible in the expected game screen. The correct response depends on the stage.

Quick answer: First check the payment provider and ManaBuy order list. If no charge and no order exist, correct the visible checkout problem before one retry. If a charge or order exists, do not pay again. For an existing order, verify the linked Supercell ID email, one-time code and nickname, then remain logged out while ManaBuy processes it. After completion, check the Gem balance, season track or active event track that matches the purchased product.

Stage 1: payment authorization failed

Start with the final amount, not the product-card price. For the 1200 Gems sample, the card price is RM39.24. Touch 'n Go and Boost require RM40.11; card, Google Pay and Apple Pay require RM40.66. A wallet funded with exactly RM39.24 does not cover either final total.

Also check provider verification, transaction limits and temporary outages. If the provider reports a clean decline and ManaBuy has no order, correct the problem and make one controlled retry. Switching methods repeatedly without checking statuses can create overlapping authorizations.

Stage 2: the provider shows a charge but ManaBuy has no order

Do not submit another payment. Refresh the ManaBuy order list, preserve the provider transaction reference, amount and method, and contact ManaBuy support. A completed or pending provider transaction needs reconciliation before a second attempt is safe.

Share only the minimum evidence through support. Mask unrelated balances, email addresses and payment identifiers in screenshots. Never send full card details, CVV, wallet password or one-time bank codes.

Stage 3: the Supercell ID email is not accepted

The email must already be linked to the receiving Clash of Clans village. Open the game before starting a new order, check the Supercell ID connection and confirm the visible nickname. An email used for another village can lead to the wrong account context even when the address itself is valid.

Do not substitute a player tag if the order asks for Supercell ID email. This ManaBuy route is Login Top-up, not a player-tag transfer. If the email is not linked, complete the legitimate in-game Supercell ID linking process before continuing the order.

Stage 4: the email verification code is missing or expired

Check the correct inbox, spam folder and delivery delay. Request or use only the code associated with the active order session. A code can expire, and an older code may fail after a newer one is issued.

Never send the email password. ManaBuy needs the requested one-time Supercell verification code for the login handoff, not control of the email account. If the order cannot continue, keep it open and ask support whether a fresh code is required.

Stage 5: the nickname does not match

Read the character nickname from the receiving village and reproduce spelling, spaces and symbols accurately. The nickname is a cross-check against the Supercell ID. It should not be guessed from an old screenshot or another account.

If the order displays a village that does not match, stop the handoff. Do not approve delivery to a different village merely because the email login succeeded. Contact support within the existing order.

Stage 6: the player logged in during processing

ManaBuy tells players to stay logged out during Login Top-up. Opening Clash of Clans on another phone, tablet or PC can interrupt the session. Close the game everywhere and follow any instruction in the order details.

Do not create a second order. A Processing state means the first order is active. Wait for Completed or a specific support request. If processing appears unusually long, escalate the existing order number rather than restarting the purchase.

Stage 7: Completed, but the purchase looks missing

Check the correct result. A Gem order changes the Gem balance. Gold Pass appears in the season interface. Event Pass belongs to the active event interface. Looking only at Gems after buying a Pass produces a false missing-delivery diagnosis.

Confirm the village nickname, refresh the game and record the expected product. If the correct screen still does not show it, contact ManaBuy with the order number, selected product and a masked view of the receiving account. Do not expose the Supercell ID email or any verification code publicly.

When a refund question belongs to ManaBuy support

Refund handling depends on payment and fulfillment state. A provider decline with no charge does not create a refund. A pending authorization may need provider processing time. A paid order that has already entered Login Top-up must be checked by ManaBuy because fulfillment may be underway.

Use the order number and exact state. Avoid promising an automatic refund or a fixed timing before support reviews the transaction. The useful goal is to reconcile one payment and one order, not to produce a second order while the first remains unresolved.

One safe retry rule

Retry only when all four conditions are true: the provider shows no pending or completed charge, ManaBuy shows no order, the visible cause has been corrected, and the final MYR total is affordable. If any condition is missing, stop and investigate the existing attempt.

This rule protects the ManaBuy price advantage from being lost to duplicate charges. It also creates a clean support trail: one provider attempt, one expected order and one receiving Supercell ID.

FAQ

Why did payment fail when I had RM39.24?

The final total includes a fee. The verified 1200 Gems checkout shows RM40.11 or RM40.66, depending on method.

Should I pay again if the first order is Processing?

No. Keep the game logged out and follow the existing order.

What if my Supercell code expired?

Use the active order instructions to obtain or submit a fresh valid code. Do not send the email password.

What if ManaBuy says Completed but I cannot see anything?

Check the game screen that matches the product, refresh the correct village, then contact support with the order number if it remains missing.

Can I use another village's email?

No. Use the Supercell ID email linked to the intended receiving village and confirm the nickname.

Ready to check the live MYR options?

Open the Malaysia route, match the product to the intended village goal, and review the complete checkout total before authorizing payment.

For Login Top-up, ManaBuy may request the linked Supercell ID email, a one-time verification code and the village nickname through the order flow. It does not need the email password.
