Dragonheir Reborn team guide
Reviewed September 22, 2026. Dragonheir is also listed as Dragonstride: Legacy Reborn in current app stores.
If you are choosing between a Wukong team and a Sintrellia team, do not compare the two heroes as isolated damage dealers. They open different team paths. Wukong—whose in-game hero name is Divine Ascetic—belongs to Lightning Dauntless and grows through allied Dauntless basic attacks. Sintrellia belongs to Necrosis Summon and gets her value by duplicating and strengthening undead summoned units.
For most accounts that already own a strong Summon core, Sintrellia is the safer first investment. Choose Wukong when you already have the key Dauntless pieces and need him to complete that engine. If neither team is close to functional, save your scarce upgrade materials instead of forcing either hero into a mixed lineup.
Wukong vs. Sintrellia at a glance
| Question | Wukong / Divine Ascetic | Sintrellia |
|---|---|---|
| School | Lightning Dauntless | Necrosis Summon |
| Battle role | Melee damage dealer who converts repeated Dauntless basic attacks into stacks and burst | Ranged Summon enabler who duplicates a high-Attack undead summon and buffs allied undead summoned units |
| Best account fit | You already own a functioning Dauntless core | You already own a strong Summon carry or a summon worth duplicating |
| What makes the team fail | Running Wukong without enough Dauntless allies to feed his passive | Running Sintrellia without an undead summon that can turn her duplication into real damage |
| Typical strength | Fast clears and concentrated burst when the engine is complete | Longer fights, multi-team PvE and content where Summon scaling has time to work |
| First-pick verdict | Conditional: complete the team, do not start from Wukong alone | Preferred when your roster already points toward Summon |

Why your existing roster matters more than a universal tier
Dragonheir teams are built around schools, skill interactions and the content you are trying to clear. A hero can look excellent in an all-mode database and still be the wrong use of resources for your account. A Dauntless hero wants other Dauntless allies attacking often. A Summon support wants the right summoned unit to copy and amplify. Without those pieces, the headline rank tells you very little.
This is why the useful question is not “Which hero is stronger?” It is “Which hero completes a team I can actually field?” A complete A-tier shell will usually move your account farther than two or three famous heroes taken from unrelated teams. Scrolls, artifacts, gear and support slots all have an opportunity cost.
Choose Sintrellia when you already have a Summon foundation
What Sintrellia actually does
Sintrellia’s ultimate selects the allied undead creature with the highest Attack and duplicates it. Her passive also raises the Attack of allied undead summoned units based on her own Attack. That makes her an amplifier, not a one-card Summon team. The better the summon she is copying, the more meaningful her slot becomes.
Her battle skill applies Banshee’s Curse, while her captain skill increases allied Attack. These tools give her some value outside a perfect endgame lineup, but the reason to choose her is still the same: she multiplies a Summon engine that already has something worth multiplying.
What a real Sintrellia team needs
The current Dragonheir database shows Sintrellia alongside The Dark Lady, Ethyreis, Lelwanis and Bernade as a recommended team. You should treat that as an end-state example, not a mandatory shopping list. Earlier or less expensive shells can use the undead summons already available on your account, but you must check one thing: does Sintrellia have a high-value undead unit to duplicate?
If you own Lelwanis or another Summon carry and are already investing in that school, Sintrellia is a coherent next step. If your Necrosis roster is only healers, tanks and non-summon damage dealers, buying or selecting Sintrellia first may leave you with a powerful mechanic and no proper target.
Where the Summon route pays off
Summon teams are not always the fastest dungeon farmers because their damage needs time to ramp. Their appeal is sustained scaling: Planet Expedition, endgame bosses, Chief Challenges and other longer PvE fights give the engine time to produce value. That makes the route attractive for players planning beyond the first week rather than chasing only the shortest clear animation.
Choose Wukong when Dauntless is already close to complete
Wukong and Divine Ascetic are the same hero
Players commonly call him Wukong, but the English hero database uses Divine Ascetic. He is a melee Legendary Lightning Dauntless hero. Each Dauntless ally basic attack gives him Obsession and Breakage stacks plus Ultimate Energy. His battle skill counts as a basic attack, and his ultimate consumes Breakage to increase its damage.
That kit explains both his upside and his limitation. He becomes more active when the rest of the team keeps attacking. In a mixed lineup with only one other Dauntless hero, his passive receives fewer triggers and his burst arrives with less support. He is not a generic frontliner you can drop into any five heroes.
What a real Wukong team needs
The current database’s example team pairs Divine Ascetic with Grishnaar, Zeffi, Nastjenka and Guinavivre. The names may change as your roster grows, but the structure matters: repeated Dauntless attacks, enough protection to keep the melee core active, and premium enablers that raise the team ceiling.
Independent 2026 team analysis also places Guinavivre and Nastjenka’s exclusive artifact ahead of secondary upgrades when discussing high-value Dauntless investment. In other words, owning Wukong does not mean you have built Dauntless. If those central pieces are missing, Wukong can be a bridge or filler option rather than the reason to abandon a more complete team.
Where the Dauntless route pays off
A completed Dauntless team is attractive for aggressive play: frequent attacks, fast dungeon clears and strong burst windows. It can also perform well in boss content when gear and artifacts are developed. The cost is that the gap between a partial and complete version is noticeable. Choose this route because your account supports it, not because Wukong was easy to obtain.
Dragonheir Reborn team investment tier list
This is an investment tier list, not a claim that one school wins every mode. Rank your next upgrade by how close it brings you to a complete team.
| Priority tier | Account condition | Best move | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| SComplete a core | You own a Summon carry plus a viable frontline and sustain | Choose Sintrellia if her duplicate has a clear target | One pick activates an existing engine instead of starting a second unfinished team |
| SComplete a core | You own the important Dauntless enablers and support | Choose Wukong if he fills the missing damage slot | His passive receives enough Dauntless basic attacks to function as designed |
| ABuild a foundation | You have several Summon pieces but no premium enabler | Lean Sintrellia, then finish one coherent five-hero shell | Summon has a clearer long-term PvE route than a lone Wukong |
| BBridge pick | Wukong is available, but your best Dauntless partners are missing | Use him only if he improves current clears without consuming irreplaceable resources | He can contribute, but he does not create the premium Dauntless engine alone |
| WaitNo shell | Neither roster is close to functional | Save selectors, scrolls and rare artifacts | A future pull can change the correct answer; forced investment locks resources into a weak hybrid |
Use this decision tree before you spend
If yes, check whether Sintrellia can duplicate it and whether the rest of the team has frontline and sustain. If those pieces exist, choose Sintrellia.
If yes, check whether Wukong is the missing damage slot. If you are still missing the main enablers, do not treat him as the first brick.
For fast clears, a complete Dauntless engine may be the better answer. For long PvE fights and a roster already built around summons, Sintrellia has the clearer job.
If the answer is no for both heroes, wait. A selector is more valuable after your next important pull than as a solution to uncertainty today.
Build priorities after you choose
If you choose Sintrellia
- Confirm which undead summon has the highest Attack and will receive her ultimate.
- Raise Sintrellia’s Attack because her passive scales the Attack granted to allied undead summoned units.
- Keep enough protection and healing for the team to survive the ramp-up period.
- Do not judge her personal damage alone; judge the extra value created by the copied summon and team buff.
If you choose Wukong
- Field enough Dauntless allies to trigger his passive repeatedly.
- Value Attack Speed and the team’s basic-attack rhythm rather than building him as an isolated ultimate bot.
- Protect his melee uptime so he can keep attacking and reach his burst window.
- Plan premium resources around the actual Dauntless core; do not spend every artifact choice on Wukong first.
FAQ
Is “Stinrellia” a different Dragonheir hero?
No. “Stinrellia” is a common misspelling in searches. The correct English name is Sintrellia.
Is Wukong called Divine Ascetic in Dragonheir?
Yes. Community guides frequently call the character Wukong, while the English hero database lists him as Divine Ascetic.
Is Sintrellia better than Wukong for a new player?
Only when the new account already has a useful Summon core. Sintrellia needs an undead summon worth duplicating. Wukong needs several Dauntless allies to feed his passive. If neither condition is true, keep your resources.
Can Wukong carry a Dauntless team by himself?
No. His passive specifically benefits from Dauntless allies launching basic attacks. He can add damage to the engine, but he does not replace the enablers, support and protection that make the team consistent.
Which team is better for fast clears?
A complete Dauntless team generally has the more aggressive, fast-clear profile. A partial Dauntless lineup can still lose to a finished Summon team, so “complete” matters more than the school label.
Which team has better long-term PvE value?
Summon has a strong case in longer PvE modes when its core pieces are present. Sintrellia is valuable there because she scales the engine around her. The answer can change by mode, season and roster, so revisit the decision after major pulls or balance changes.
How this guide was checked
Hero roles and skill wording were checked against the current Dragonheir guide database for Divine Ascetic and Sintrellia. Team-investment context was cross-checked with HellHades’ February 2026 team analysis and the current multi-mode hero table. Rankings are decision aids, not permanent facts: new heroes, balance changes and your available artifacts can change the best choice.
Final verdict
Choose Sintrellia when she completes a Summon team. Choose Wukong when he completes a Dauntless team. If both routes are equally incomplete, Sintrellia is usually the more defensible long-term direction for an account that already owns a Summon carry; otherwise, wait. The worst option is spending heavily on one hero and discovering that the four teammates required to make the kit work are still missing.
