Kingshot Strongest Governor Guide: 7-Day Resource Plan

Strongest Governor is a seven-day personal progression event, not permission to empty every inventory. Plan the week before Day 1, claim efficient milestones first, choose at most one or two ranking days, and protect the materials your kingdom needs for the next KvK cycle.

The Two-Score Resource Budget

Give each saved item two scores from 0 to 3: permanent account value and event value. Spend first where both are high. A Mythic shard used on your core hero may score 3/3; a shard used on a bench hero for points may be 0/3 and should stay in inventory.

Mark the next KvK reserve that cannot be touched.
Choose daily milestone targets.
Pick one ranking day that matches the largest stockpile.
Set a hard stop at the next reward or leaderboard bracket.
After reaching it, stop even if resources remain.

Double-Dip Without Double-Spending

Using universal shards on an unfinished or soon-replaced hero.
