You can unlock seven hidden achievements just by playing through the new Trailblaze Mission in version 3.7. These achievements reward you for exploring, solving puzzles, and talking to special characters. If you follow the Complete Guide, you will not miss any of them. Each one has a unique task, but you can finish most while you move through the story.
Tip: Some achievements need you to interact with objects or solve puzzles. Keep your eyes open for clues and talk to every NPC you meet.
Here are the seven Trailblaze Mission achievements and how you can unlock each one:
The Oldest Fable
Find every Creation Nymph. Teleport to the Fissure in the Myth Space Anchor. Interact with the giant orange crystal. Redeem the "CREATIONNYMPH" code. Interact with the TV.
Bathe in Golden Blood
Finish "The Oldest Fable" first. Use the Chrysos Spirit Bath Soak in your room’s bathroom.
Take Their Hearts With You
Collect all 20 Home Decorations. Find Creation Nymphs and exchange Tablets with NPCs.
Portal Configuration Theory
Go to the Forsaken Realm Platform anchor. Interact with the beacon on the platform.
Fire’s Epitaph
Solve the Special Golden Scapegoat puzzle in Memortis Shore Ruins of Time.
Thus Was All Creation Complete
Get blessings from all Creation Nymphs. Solve all Prophetic Riddles.
To Amphoreus
Trigger five support lines during the fight with Anti-Creator, Hatred Inundate.
Note: Some steps need you to finish earlier achievements first. If you get stuck, check your progress and try again.
You get Stellar Jade and other in-game items for each achievement. These rewards help you pull for new characters and boost your account. You can check the current and upcoming HSR banners to see who to save for. Unlocking all seven gives you a big head start in version 3.7. Keep using the Complete Guide to make sure you do not miss any rewards!

You will find "The Oldest Fable" achievement in a secret spot deep inside the Ruins of Time Shores of Buried Memories. To get there, you need to finish the quest called "Oh pages carved on the ripples of memory" from the last chapter, "Become yesterday's tomorrow." After you beat the Anti-creator, a new path opens up. You must activate three feather ambers and solve a puzzle called "Buzzing Secrets: Parable of the Cave." This puzzle lets you enter a hidden cave inside a tree on the -3rd floor, close to the teleporter. Once you finish the puzzles, head back to the Proving Grounds and look for a TV that is turned off. When you interact with this TV, you will see Lycurgus's shadow appear.
Before you can unlock this achievement, you need to do a few things:
Let’s break it down so you don’t miss anything:
Tip: If you miss a Creation Nymph, you won’t get the achievement. Double-check each area before moving on.
When you finish all the steps, you unlock "The Oldest Fable" achievement. You also get the special avatar, "The Golden Nymph," and some Stellar Jade. This reward helps you show off your progress and gives you extra resources for your next adventure!
You can unlock "Bathe in Golden Blood" right in your own room. Head to the private quarters you get after finishing the main quest in the Ruins of Time. You will find a bathroom there. The bath is not just for show. It holds the secret to this achievement. If you have already completed "The Oldest Fable," you are halfway there. The bathroom is easy to spot. Look for the shining interactable icon near the bathtub.
Tip: If you cannot find your room, use the map to fast travel to the Ruins of Time: Shores of Buried Memories. Your quarters will be marked.
Before you can unlock this achievement, you need a special item. You must have the Chrysos Spirit Bath Soak. You get this item after you finish the achievement "The Oldest Fable." Without this bath soak, the option to unlock "Bathe in Golden Blood" will not appear. Make sure you have it in your inventory before you try to use the bath.
Follow these steps to get the achievement:
Once you use the soak, you will see a short cutscene. The achievement will pop up right after.
Unlocking "Bathe in Golden Blood" gives you a nice bonus. You will receive 5 Stellar Jade and a unique in-game message from the Creation Nymphs. This reward is small but special. It shows you found one of the game’s hidden secrets. Plus, every bit of Stellar Jade helps you get closer to your next pull! (And if you need more, ManaBuy has all your game top-up needs covered.)

You will spend most of your time in the An Eternal Page area for this achievement. You need to find and interact with several unique characters and creatures scattered around the Sunlit Garden and Slumbering Courtyard. Each one holds a special decoration for your collection. Here’s a handy table to help you spot them:
|

Location Description |
|
Golden Garmentmaker |

|
Dolimem & Mifamem |
Floating by the banquet table a few steps northwest of the Garmentmaker. |
|

|

|

|
Past Titans |
Gift a fruit to the fountain in the Slumbering Courtyard to make them appear. |
|
Baby Dromas |

Tip: Use the Sunlit Garden Space Anchor to fast travel and save time while searching.
You need to collect all 20 Home Decorations for this achievement. Most decorations come from interacting with the characters listed above. Some require you to exchange Tablets with NPCs or solve small puzzles. Make sure you have finished the main Trailblaze Mission in this area. You can find detailed item lists on the Honkai: Star Rail Wiki. You also need to unlock access to both the Sunlit Garden and Slumbering Courtyard.
Note: Some decorations only appear after you finish certain story events. If you can’t find one, try progressing the story or checking back later.

Tip: The Atelier only opens after you finish the main Trailblaze Mission. If the door is locked, try progressing the story.
