Mecha BREAK Tier List: Best Strikers Ranked (incl. Stego)

This tier list focuses on what wins in 3v3 Ace Arena, 6v6 Operation Verge, and the PvPvE Operation Storm mode. We score Strikers on: burst vs. sustained DPS, survivability, peel tools, mobility, and objective control. Mode rules and role definitions are taken from the manabuy’s official materials and hands-on reviews.

S-Tier (auto-pick in ranked)

Attackers: Inferno, Welkin, Panther, Stego
Why: consistent burst windows, safe engages/disengages, and pressure at multiple ranges. Community/meta roundups consistently place these among the strongest damage frames.

Support: Pinaka
Why: teamwide value—tempo, mitigation, and damage enabling that travel across all modes.

Defender: Hurricane
Why: frontline that actually sticks; brings hard peel and space control without cratering your team’s damage output.

A-Tier (wins with the right comp)

  • Narukami, Falcon, Stellaris (Attackers): Great alternatives when S-tier is banned or mirrored; each trades a bit of raw power for comfort picks or map/mode specialties.

  • Tricera (Defender): Reliable shield/zone control; slightly less flexible than Hurricane but easier to plug into mixed lobbies.

B-Tier (playable, needs help)

  • Alysnes, Aquila, Skyraider (Attackers): Viable in hands of specialists or when your team comp covers their gaps (e.g., long-range poke or anti-dive).

Role quick-guide

Mecha BREAK splits frames into Attackers, Brawlers, Snipers, Defenders, and Support. In 3v3/6v6, the winning formula is one frontline (Defender/Brawler), one damage core (Attacker/Sniper), and one enabler (Support)—adjust for map and lobby skill. These roles and mode structures are core to how the game is built.

Spotlight: Stego (why this mecha break striker pops)

Stego earns S-tier because it pressures safely, converts picks into objectives, and scales with team peel. Typical kit highlights include strong missile pressure and durability tools that let you hold angles while your Support rotates. That package is why you’ll see Stego at the top of multiple community lists.

How to play it

  • Open with poke to burn dashes, then commit burst during ally CC.

  • Anchor corners in Ace Arena; in Operation Verge, escort your Support on rotations so you never burn cooldowns alone.

How to beat it

  • Force close-range crossfires and trade dashes—Stego hates getting wrapped and CC-chained after using its tools early.

Mode notes (where S-tier shines)

  • Ace Arena (3v3): S-tier Attackers + Pinaka excel in tight time-to-kill and third-party denial.

  • Operation Verge (6v6): Hurricane + Stego generate space and finish staggers during objective scrums.

  • Operation Storm (PvPvE): S-tier’s mobility and sustain make boss racing and extract fights consistent.
